[Physical and Chemical Properties]
The water-soluble wax remover consists of high-flash-point organic solvent mixtures, stabilizers, and surfactants. It features fast wax dissolution, high flash point, excellent safety, and low pour point. The oil-soluble wax remover is formulated with alkanes and surfactants free from benzene and chlorine, capable of removing wax deposits in oil wells. It contains no benzene, chlorine, or heavy metals; offers emulsifying, wetting, and dispersing properties; and is especially effective on high-pour-point waxes and resins.

[Application]
The product is mainly used to prevent and remove wax, gum, and asphaltene blockages in wellbores, formations, and oil pipelines, thereby delaying wax deposition, improving crude oil fluidity, and extending the wax removal and pump inspection cycle. This process enhances oil well production efficiency and boosts economic returns. Oil-soluble paraffin removers are widely used in oil-based drilling mud systems for foam profile control, fracturing, oil displacement, drilling, and gas drainage in oilfield development. Water-based paraffin removers are mainly used for removing wax scale in oilfield tubing to clear the pipe and enhance oil output.

[Usage and Dosage]
The application cycle depends on the degree and frequency of wax formation in the well. The product is added intermittently and manually in small quantities. Dosage should be determined based on site conditions.
[Packaging]
Typically packed in iron or plastic drums, available in 1000kg IBC tanks, and 200kg or 25kg barrels. Custom packaging is available on request. Handle gently during transport; avoid impact and inversion.
[Storage Conditions]
Store in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. Avoid contact with skin and eyes during handling and use. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
