Appearance: This product generally appears as white or slightly yellowish free-flowing powder or granules.

Physical and Chemical Properties: This product is a water-soluble polymer synthesized by chemical reactions between cellulose and carboxymethyl anionic groups. It is odorless, non-toxic, and tasteless, readily soluble in cold or hot water to form a clear viscous solution. When the degree of substitution exceeds 1.2, it gradually exhibits oil solubility. Its solution remains stable under neutral and slightly alkaline conditions, but is insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and ether. It maintains stability within a pH range of 3–11.

Applications: Its aqueous solution functions as a thickener, film former, adhesive, moisture retention, protective colloid, emulsification, and suspension. It is widely used in petroleum, food, pharmaceutical, textile, and paper-making industries.

Specific Functions:

1. Drilling Mud Suspension Stabilizer

Drilling fluids containing polyanionic cellulose (PAC) demonstrate enhanced stability, effectively reducing fluid loss even at temperatures exceeding 150°C. They facilitate the formation of thin, tough, low-permeability filter cakes on wellbore walls, ensuring consistently low fluid loss rates.

It exhibits excellent rheological control and suspension stability, demonstrates strong resistance to various soluble salt contamination, and show minimal susceptibility to microbial degradation.

PAC provides good viscosity enhancement; low-viscosity high-substitution PAC is suitable for high-density drilling fluids, offering effective fluid loss control.

2. Oilfield fracturing chemical agents 

It rapidly enhances viscosity of fracturing fluid to efficiently transports proppants into well fractures, establishing permeable channels for swift fluid loss control and rapid pressure buildup, enabling highly efficient pressure transmission. The residue-free formulation causes zero formation damage, serving as a high-performance alternative to guar gum and polyacrylamide.

Usage and Dosage: Add 0.5%–1.5%.

Packaging: 25kg/bag, packed in moisture-proof kraft paper bags with triple-layer composite structure. (Customizable according to client specifications)

Storage Conditions: Store in a clean, ventilated environment at an ideal temperature of 15°C–30°C. Avoid direct sunlight and UV exposure. During storage and transport, keep dry, cool, and keep away from fire and flammable materials.
