[Physical and Chemical Properties]

This product is a low-molecular-weight polymer synthesized from AMPS and acrylic acid. It is easily soluble in water. It is water-soluble and can significantly adjust the rheology of cement slurry while reducing slurry consistency, making it particularly suitable for latex- and copolymer-modified cement systems. It has excellent temperature resistance, applicable in 30°C–180°C environments. After addition, it enhances cement sheath density, improves compressive strength, and reduces fluid loss and provides mild retardation. It is Compatible with dry or wet mixing processes and good compatibility with other additives.

[Application]

The primary functions of the friction reducer for oil well cement are to reduce pumping pressure, increase displacement efficiency, improve cement slurry rheology, lower viscosity, and enhance compressive strength with a slight retarding effect. It works by modifying the surface charge of cement particles, thereby optimizing slurry rheology, reducing pumping pressure, and improving displacement efficiency, making cementing operations more efficient. It also densifies the cement stone, improves its compressive strength, and provides additional fluid loss control and retardation effects.
