[Structural Formula] FeCl₃
[Molecular Weight] 162.204
[Appearance] This product appears as orange-yellow crystals or liquid.
[Physical and Chemical Properties]
Soluble in water with acidity, it exhibits oxidative corrosiveness. It forms ferric hydroxide precipitate upon dilution and shows strong coagulation ability. It provides excellent flocculation performance, and reduces treatment cost and sludge volume, with a wide pH range.

[Applications] It is widely used in multiple industrial and chemical applications including metal etching, wastewater treatment, flocculation agent, catalyst, oxidizing agent, mordant, and pharmaceuticals.
[Product Advantages]
1. Suitable for various water treatment applications.
2. Excellent flocculation performance.
3. Good compatibility with other treatment agents.
4. Easy dissolution and operation with low costs.
[Usage and Dosage] Add an appropriate amount of ferric chloride directly into the wastewater and stir vigorously to ensure thorough mixing. Typical dosage is 0.01%–0.1% of the wastewater volume. Actual dosage should be adjusted according to the specific water quality.
