[Applications]

Crosslinking agents for fracturing serve various purposes in oil and gas extraction. Firstly, they chemically increase the viscosity of water-based fluids, enhancing molecular viscosity to promote fluid flow under high pressure. Secondly, they improve rheological properties such as inflection point transition, shear rate behavior, and viscoelasticity, enabling better fluid flow and stability in complex formations. Additionally, crosslinkers enhance the pressure transmission in rock fractures, improving fracturing efficiency and facilitating the release of oil and gas.

[Usage and Dosage]

Crosslinking agents can be directly added to the fracturing fluid and mixed evenly, or diluted before use. The specific operation method should be adjusted according to the formation temperature and construction requirements.

For formations with temperatures ≤120℃, low-temperature crosslinkers are recommended at 0.1%–0.2%. For ≥120℃, high-temperature crosslinkers are recommended at 0.3%–0.5%.

[Packaging]

This product is typically packaged in IBC totes (net weight 1000KG), 200KG drums, or 25KG drums. Custom packaging is available upon request. Handle gently during transport; do not invert.

[Storage Conditions]

Keep the container tightly sealed during storage. Store in a cool, ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin or eyes during handling and use. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
