[Appearance] This product generally appears as colorless to yellow transparent liquid.
[Physical and Chemical Properties]
This product belongs to the quaternary ammonium class. It effectively adsorbs onto the surface of clay minerals, preventing hydration swelling and dispersion migration of water-sensitive minerals, thereby protecting oil and gas formations. It features wide applicability, long-lasting effect, easy usage, low dosage, and strong resistance to acid, brine, alkaline solutions, and oil-water flushing. It is suitable for active water, perforation fluids, fracturing fluids, drilling fluids, and acidizing fluids.

[Applications]
Clay stabilizers effectively adsorb onto clay surfaces, preventing hydration swelling and migration of water-sensitive minerals, thereby protecting the reservoir. When added to fracturing or acidizing fluids, they prevent clay expansion and migration during operations, avoiding reservoir contamination and helping to improve oil well productivity and recovery rate.
[Product Advantages]
1. Effectively inhibit clay swelling and migration;
2. Adjust mud viscosity and improves fluidity;
3. Stable performance at low dosage;
4. Good compatibility to prevent reservoir contamination;
5. Excellent anti-swelling effect with multiple types available.
[Usage and Dosage]
Clay stabilizers are typically added directly to working fluids. Add slowly with stirring. The recommended dosage is 0.25%–0.50% of the total fluid volume, and may be adjusted based on formation clay content.
[Packaging]
This product is usually packaged in tank trucks, IBC totes (1000 kg net), or drums (200 kg or 25 kg per barrel). Custom packaging is available upon request. Handle gently during transport and do not invert.
[Storage Conditions]
Keep the container tightly sealed during storage. Store in a cool, ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin or eyes during handling and use. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
