| a. For conventional acidizing and fracturing flowback aids, the thermal stability test is not required; however, for high-temperature flowback aids, the thermal stability index must be determined. | ||
| b. The organic chlorine content test is required only for oil well applications, and is not applicable for gas well applications. | ||
[Applications]
In hydraulic fracturing operations, flowback aids effectively reduce surface and interfacial tension of fracturing fluids, improving flowability and enabling complete flowback. This reduces formation damage, increases fluid slickness, helps rapid discharge, reduces water usage during fracturing, prevents deposit pollution, and maintains fluid purity.
[Product Advantages]
1. Effectively reduce surface and interfacial tension;
2. Enhance sand-carrying capacity;
3. Minimize formation damage;
4. Excellent temperature and salt resistance with good compatibility;
5. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly.
[Usage and Dosage]
Flowback aid is typically added directly during the preparation of fracturing or acid fluids according to the design. Dosage may vary depending on product and operating conditions, with a recommended range of 0.2%–1.0% of total liquid volume.
[Packaging]
This product is typically packaged in tank trucks, IBC totes (1000 kg net), or barrels (200 kg/barrel, 25 kg/barrel). Custom packaging is available upon request. Handle with care during transportation; do not invert.
[Storage Conditions]
Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. Protect from sunlight and moisture. Avoid strong vibrations or impacts during transportation to maintain product quality.
