Dongzheng Group Successfully Holds Third-Quarter R&D Product Delivery Meeting

At 10:00 a.m. on November 2, 2024, Dongzheng Group held its Third-Quarter R&D Product Delivery Meeting in the Group’s main conference room. The meeting was attended by Mr. Ren Zhanzhou, Chairman of Dongzheng Group, Mr. Guo Hongjun, Vice President of Production, Mr. Zhao Shuwei, Chief Engineer, as well as representatives from the Archives Office and the R&D Department.

During the meeting, Chief Engineer Zhao Shuwei delivered a detailed report on the progress and achievements of the R&D Center since the third quarter. In Q3 2024, the R&D Center initiated a total of 15 new product process development projects, of which 10 projects were successfully completed. Production processes for new products—including Chromium Bromide, Chromium Acetylacetonate, Copper Acetylacetonate, Cobalt Acetylacetonate, Zinc Acetylacetonate, Chromium 2-Ethylhexanoate, Cobalt 2-Ethylhexanoate, Chromium Citrate, Chromium Propionate, and Chromium Lactate—have been formally transferred and handed over to the Company’s production department and archives management department.

In addition, the R&D Center carried out six research initiatives focused on cost reduction and electrochemical performance enhancement of energy storage electrolytes. Among these efforts, two achieved significant improvements in electrolyte energy efficiency and charge retention capacity, providing strong technical support for cost reduction and performance optimization. Overall, the R&D Center recorded a high task completion rate in the third quarter. The R&D team demonstrated strong motivation and high morale, and all participants expressed full confidence in completing the Company’s assigned R&D objectives.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Ren Zhanzhou delivered a summary address. He fully affirmed the achievements of the R&D Center and emphasized the importance of systematic planning, summary reporting, and proper documentation and archiving handover. Chairman Ren noted that going forward, the R&D Center should closely align with the Company’s development pace, strengthen technology reserves, and play a leading role in technological advancement. He also stressed the need for well-balanced work arrangements, precise judgment of timing and execution, and the full stimulation of team motivation and enthusiasm.

Chairman Ren further put forward three key requirements for future R&D work:
First, to strengthen the integration between new product process development and actual production equipment, refine process details, and ensure the smooth realization of large-scale production, so that new products can be launched to the market promptly to capture business opportunities and generate economic returns.
Second, to continue focusing on the innovation and upgrading of existing products, maintain an appropriate level of technological leadership, and fully leverage the economic and social benefits brought by technological advantages.
Third, to encourage all R&D personnel to uphold a rigorous and pragmatic work ethic, broaden their perspectives, develop cross-industry thinking, and actively embrace innovative ideas and approaches.

Chairman Ren encouraged the team to continue striving for excellence, remain humble and focused, and inject new momentum into the Company’s development. The successful convening of this meeting has clarified the direction of Dongzheng Group’s R&D efforts and laid a solid foundation for the Company’s sustained and high-quality growth.
