
To celebrate the establishment of Dongzheng Group’s Xi’an Online Marketing Center, further strengthen internal collaboration, enrich corporate cultural activities, and deepen cooperation with Baloch Group, a three-day themed exchange and learning program titled “United in Purpose: Building Platforms Together, Advancing in Unity, and Striving for Excellence” was held at Dongzheng Group’s Shangnan headquarters from October 14 to 16.
The program was attended by a 12-member learning group led by Mr. Yang Ning, General Manager of Baloch Group, and Mr. Cheng Feng, Plant Director, together with members from the Baloch Group Operations Center and the Dongzheng Group Xi’an Operations Center.

At the welcome meeting, Mr. Ren Zhanzhou, Chairman of Dongzheng Group, delivered a warm and inspiring address, extending his sincere welcome to the Baloch Group delegation and the new members of the Xi’an Operations Center. Chairman Ren noted that the purpose of this exchange activity was to unite collective strengths, jointly build a digital development platform, and enhance new employees’ sense of identification with Dongzheng Group’s harmonious, supportive, and positive corporate culture. He expressed his hope that the event would promote deeper communication among employees, encourage shared growth, and leave all participants with lasting and positive memories of their visit to Shangnan.
During the program, Mr. Li Peng, Head of the Administrative Department of Dongzheng Group, provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s development history. Heads of various business units delivered in-depth presentations on the Group’s core products, including the “Bangke” brand chromium salts, Qinqiao Biotechnology products, oilfield chemical additives, and the latest developments in new chromium salt products. Participants also toured the chromium salt manufacturing facilities, comprehensive utilization reagent workshops, Qinqiao Biotechnology and oilfield additive production lines, as well as the National Lacquer Technology Museum and the Energy Storage Exhibition Hall, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Dongzheng Group’s production processes and technological capabilities.

At the coordination meeting with the Online Marketing Department, members of the Baloch Group learning team engaged in in-depth discussions with Dongzheng Group’s Chairman and senior management. The exchanges focused on Dongzheng Group’s strategic planning in areas such as chromium salts, oilfield chemicals, national lacquer, new energy, hazardous waste treatment, and soil remediation. The learning group presented detailed insights into product characteristics and market demand in key supply markets, shared future operational plans, and expressed strong confidence in the prospects for further cooperation between the two groups.

Chairman Ren emphasized that Dongzheng Group is currently at a critical stage of advancing toward high-quality development. He called on all departments to actively support the construction and growth of the Online Marketing Center and to accelerate the implementation of the Group’s digital upgrading strategy. Looking ahead, Dongzheng Group will continue to focus on its strategic positioning and core businesses, adopt a problem-oriented approach, draw on advanced industry management experience, and comprehensively enhance operational efficiency and development depth.
The themed exchange and learning program concluded successfully, with both parties reaching multiple consensuses and laying a solid foundation for deeper cooperation in the future. Dongzheng Group will take this event as a new starting point to further strengthen collaboration with Baloch Group and jointly work toward a more promising future.
